Facilities and options for hiring function rooms
The function rooms are equipped with period furniture, chairs and tables, and a projection screen. Each hall has Wi-Fi internet coverage. The hire fee includes the preparation of a flexible room layout. Audiovisual equipment (LED TV, data projector and sound system) is available for hire in each hall.
The Counts’ Assembly
The largest hall, the Royal Hall, is ideal for large events and weddings, with stunning exposed beams and air conditioning. It can accommodate up to 80 people.
A merry bunch
The largest ground-floor hall in the newer part of the building, featuring frescoes depicting life in a medieval tavern. Capacity: 40 people.
Hungry squires
A smaller hall with a beautiful view of the water at the Těrlická Dam. The walls are decorated with frescoes depicting life in a medieval tavern; next to the entrance is a doorway that once led to a cellar with a secret passage and a well.
The King’s Knights
Probably the most luxurious hall, with a huge oval table and a fresco on the wall, which makes the room feel even larger. The view of the water is breathtaking.
The Mönnich Lookout Tower
Furnished with antique Chesterfield furniture, a reproduction of a Rubens painting, a fireplace and a large table. Whilst the lower halls offer a view of the water, here the view is five times as impressive.
Šenk
The bar area forms part of the core of the oldest section of the building. The room is adorned with a painting featuring an excerpt from a Latin text dating from 1268.
Medieval corridor
Here, too, you can sit down at a table and admire the wall frescoes and the medieval (perhaps Romanesque) portal concealing the entrance to the cellar and the secret passages.

Our certified barman will explain what a ‘šnyt’, ‘hladinka’, ‘mlíko’ or ‘čochtan’ is. You’ll learn how to prepare a variety of refreshing drinks, each with its own distinct flavour, from a single liquid in a cask. You’ll have a go at pouring your own beer and discover that even this task can be an art form. Finally, you’ll get to drink your own creation… The team bonds almost automatically. Even this activity is nowhere near as simple as we all imagine.
